A product by Trusty. A multi-tenant collection operations platform built in Cairo for the Egyptian market. We made the software we kept wishing we had when we were running collection floors ourselves.

One platform.
Three verticals.
The platform serves three distinct client verticals from the same core: telecom operators, banks and microfinance lenders, and the law firms hired by banks to take escalated cases through court.
Every record in the system belongs to an Entity. Tenancy is enforced at the database layer, not policy. Distribution is a configurable policy, not a script. Commission is a contract, not a guess.

The platform, in six pillars.

Intake pipeline
Batch upload + export for any spreadsheet shape. Per-entity processors validate structure, parse amounts, split phone strings, and emit events for downstream consumers. No template forced on the customer.

Storage & docs
Object storage for documents and field photos. Server-side PDF generation for court letters, daily reports, commission slips — rendered in-region, shipped to the entity.

Messaging stack
WhatsApp Business for outbound. SMTP for email. In-app notifications for the floor. One messaging surface, multiple delivery rails.

Scheduled work
Local timezone by default. Monthly performance snapshots run on the 1st. Eligible auto-rotations run on the 2nd. Every scheduled job is idempotent and observable.

Audit & history
Every payment is captured. Monthly performance is frozen as a snapshot. Every rotation is recorded with the performance state used at the moment — so audits never need to be re-derived.
