1. Who we are

Easy Collects is a software-as-a-service product operated by Trusty (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt with its head office in Cairo.

This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, how we treat personal data when our customers use Easy Collects to run their daily operations.

2. Your data is your data

When a collection company subscribes to Easy Collects and uploads portfolio files into the platform, that company remains the owner and controller of the data. We act purely as a service provider — a data processor — running the platform on the customer’s instructions.

We do not own the data inside your tenant. We do not share it. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train models, build market research, or for any purpose other than operating the service you have asked us to run.

3. What information passes through the service

• Portfolio data uploaded by the customer — debtor information, account balances, payment history, contact details, and similar collection records.
• Operator data — names, email addresses, and roles of the people who use the platform.
• Service data — basic technical records that allow us to keep the service running smoothly and detect problems.
• Marketing contact data — information you choose to share through forms on this website.

4. How we use it

• To deliver and maintain the platform you have subscribed to.
• To provide customer support when you ask us for help.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
• To respond to messages you have voluntarily sent through this website (and only for that purpose).

5. Where data lives

Customer data is stored in professional, certified cloud data centres operated by reputable providers under enterprise-grade security and compliance standards. By default, data is hosted in the European Union; on request, regulated customers can elect data residency in Egypt or the United Arab Emirates. Each customer’s data is logically isolated and is never combined with another customer’s data.

6. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not share customer data with third parties for their own use. We rely on a small, carefully chosen list of sub-processors strictly to operate the service. The current list is documented in our standard Data Processing Agreement and is provided to customers on request. We will notify our customers in advance of any change to the list.

7. Your rights as a data subject

If your personal information appears inside an Easy Collects tenant — for example, you are a customer of one of the entities our customers serve — your rights are held by, and exercised through, that organisation as the data controller. We will support our customers in fulfilling lawful access, correction, and deletion requests under applicable law (including the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law and, where applicable, the EU GDPR).

8. Retention

We keep customer data for the duration of the subscription and for a short, reasonable grace period after termination, after which the data is permanently removed from production and backups. Marketing contact data is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond to your request.

9. Cookies on this website

This website uses a minimal set of cookies, only as necessary to make the site work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
